is very important to notify Progressive directly
of any claims, including potential claim situations.
In all claim situations, the sooner the Company
is involved, the better it can adjust the loss.
Contractually you are responsible for reporting
all claims as soon as you are aware of the situation.
The
insured or claimant should report all Property,
Liability and Auto Claims to Progressive at 1-800-274-4499.
Progressive will then fax the loss the next day
to Colton, Downey & Associates, Inc..
