is very important to notify Colton, Downey &
Associates, Inc. of any claims, including potential claim
situations. In all claim situations, the sooner
the Company is involved, the better it can adjust
the loss. Contractually you are responsible for
reporting all claims as soon as you are aware of
the situation.
All
Property, Liability and Auto claims should be reported
to Colton, Downey & Associates, Inc.. We will fax the
claim to Hanover the same day we receive it.

Glass Claims should be reported to Colton, Downey
& Associates, Inc.. We will identify the Glass Company
you wish to work with. It is important to note that
Hanover will waive your deductible if the windshield
can be repaired and not replaced. If you are not
sure if the windshield can be repaired, you can
have the Glass Company check it out. The repair
work is guaranteed. If the windshield breaks during
the repair or later, the windshield is replaced,
and you are responsible only for your deductible.
